Prop19 Early Vote Count: Rapper and actor Snoop Dogg wants Californiavoters to get out and vote today (2 November) and he shot a video for the League of young voters to get the message.
But there is an initiative, it is certainly hoping the voters out in droves to vote for: Prop 19, the marijuanalegalization initiative that places the order and the sale of marijuana in the hands of local government. go here
